The FAN Network is a TV news network that operated out of the Garbage Conglomerate Theater (2). The station made weekly broadcasts about the news, weather, sports and politics. The host Steve reported on a variety of phenomena like spaghetti rain, shared the daily rain count and spread controversy in the hygienic practices of the presidents.
When FAN Network was displayed in a gallery setting it included an incentive when the broadcasts constantly reminded the public to decide how to spend a 10$ bill that the government has graciously offered. This was a never before seen opportunity where the public could take part in the decision-making process of government spending. Sixteen signs were made that showed yes/no on each side as an aid for the public to reach a consensus. Unfortunately they were not organized enough to decide and the 10$ was given to a friend who had lent the FAN Network 10$ beforehand.
